Live streaming by Zoom(Early Bird Discount)

- Participation via live streaming will be limited to the main venue only and will be conducted through Zoom.
- In principle, online participants will not be able to interact during sessions, such as asking questions during Q&A.
*If any changes are made to allow such interaction, we will notify registered participants by email that you registered. - For those participating online via live streaming who wish to give a presentation at AAFT, it is possible to present only if there is a co-presenter physically present at the Okinawa venue who can manage the presentation on-site. In this case, the presentation must be carried out under the full responsibility of the presenter and their team.
*Please understand that the conference office and on-site staff will not be able to provide support for such presentations. - Early Bird ends at 24:00 on August 8.
